Python Invoice Generator | CSV to PDF Invoices, Batch + VAT

Invoicing apps charge every month for something a small script can do. This generator reads a CSV from Excel or Google Sheets and writes professional PDF invoices in seconds - one or a hundred. It checks every row before writing anything, uses exact decimal maths for money, and never overwrites an invoice you already sent.

Good to know

• Python 3.8+ (free).
• Self-test passes on Linux with Python 3; generated PDFs were also validated with a separate PDF reader. Windows/macOS steps are in the guide but were not tested by me.
• Uses the standard PDF Helvetica font: Western European characters only.
• Formats your invoices; it is not accounting or tax advice. Check your country's invoice requirements.
• Original code. No licensed brands.
